Also, Navy Unit Commendation Ribbon for Battalion Joint Operation with USMC subsequent to battle of Dai Do (May 1-14, 1968) and Vietnam Cross of Gallantry w/ Palm.

He taught ROTC at Cal Poly, stationed at the Pentagon, and was advisor to the National Guard at Headquarters when Reagan was Governor.
