Eric Parish

National Guard, 9 Years
Eric joined the Tennessee Army National Guard in April 2000. His Junior year summer was spent in Ft. Jackson, SC. He returned to finish out his senior year of high school here at DCHS. Upon graduating he then finished his Initial Entry Training at Ft. Gordon, GA. Eric began his freshman year at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. After his sophomore year he was deployed overseas from September 2004-2005. After returning from serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom he finished out his education. In May 2008 Eric graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
