Fortunate to have MOS's that moved me around a lot. Went from Boot Camp in San Diego, to Camp Pendleton, CA; to Pensacola, FL;to Monterey, CA; to Hawaii, North Carolina, Taiwan, back to Hawaii, back to Camp Pendleton, to Camp Lejeune, NC;7 months on a Med Cruise with liberty in Spain, Majorca, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, Greece, France, and Turkey, then back to Camp Pendleton and a three month tour of Ft. Meade, MD. Went into the Corps in 1970, got orders for Viet Nam in June of 1972, but they were changed the day before I was to leave and sent me to Taiwan. I didn't think much of the change at the time, being young and ignorant, but I've regretted that change as I've aged and I ponder Shakespeare's Henry V St. Crispin's Day speech a lot.

I was sent to recruiter's school July of 2008 and attached to RS Baltimore, RSS Newark, Delaware in October 2008. That is where I'm currently serving as a canvassing recruiter for RSS Newark at the PCS in Wilmington, DE.
