Leaving us with heavy hearts, Darryl Kent Gosnell passed away at age 57 from congestive heart failure. Darryl was born on December 31, 1964 to Bob C. Gosnell Sr. and Irene Sharpe Gosnell in Asheville, NC. He was a 1983 graduate of Erwin High School and attended Mars Hill College. He was a charter member of Freedom Baptist Church where he actively attended until he relocated to Atlanta, GA., where he has lived for the past several years.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Bobby Gosnell, Jr. (Beth), his sisters, Krista Duckett (Bobby), April Kuykendall (Keith) and two nephews and two nieces that he loved very much. He is also survived by Andrew Wise of Atlanta, his longtime partner.
At Darryl’s request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Four Seasons Hospice.
