Child Is Recovering From Severe Burns
Brlan David Harrison, the small son of Mr. and Mrs. George Duane Harrison of West Falmouth, is recovering at the home of his parents from second degree burns received September 19 when scalding water was spilled on his chest.
Physicians at Cape Cod Hospital, where Brian spent about six days, have informed Mrs. Harrison there probably will not be any scars.
The accident occurred when the 22-month-old child tugged at his mother's dress as she was pouring water Into the top of a dripolator coffee pot. Mrs. Harrison averted her attention and at this moment the water ran over the top on to the child's face and chest.
