Wedding Planned For September
Mr. and Mrs. John B. Grenda of 7 Highland Terrace in Wareham have announced the engagement of their daughter Miss Helen Kathryn Grenda to Frederick Freeman Alden, son of Mr. and Mrs. William C. Alden of Main Street in Buzzards Bay.
Miss Grenda was graduated from Wareham High School in the class of 1,754. She was a member of the basketball team for throe years and is now a clerk in the Wareham office of' the New England Telephone and Telegraph Company.
Mr. Alden was graduated from Bourne High School in the class of 1951 and served two years in the Army being based at Fort Devens and in Georgia.
Wedding date is September 21 to be in St. Patrick's Church m Wareham.
