Miss Carol Studley, John Alden Engaged
Mr. and Mrs. Edwin W. Studley of Elm street, Wareham, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Mrs Carol A. Studley, to John Alden of Main Street, Buzzards Bay.
Miss Studley attended Wareham schools and was graduated from Seacrest High School in Delray Beach, Fla. She is also a graduate of Wilfred Academy and is employed at the Charles shop in Wareham.
Mr. Alden, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William C. Alden, was graduated from Bourne High school in 1957. He played on basketball and football teams. He is now employed at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
They plan a September wedding.
