Valerie Koskela to Marry Stephen Mathew in Alaaska

Wedding In Alaska For Miss Koskela
Mr. and Mrs. Aarne Koskela of Old Bridge Road, Buzzards Bay have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Valerie Koskela to Stephen Mathew of Tanana, Alaska.
Miss Koskela was graduated from the North Yarmouth, Maine academy where she was an honor student, a representative at Girls' State and active in the drama club.
She is a graduate of the New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Boston. While a student there she was sent as a representative of the student council to a general student council meeting at St. Louis. She has worked in a hospital in Seattle, Washington and with the Public Health Service of Alaska at Tanana.
Mr. Mathew, the son of Mrs. Cora Mathew and the late Stephen Mathew of Tanana, is a graduate of the Fairbanks High School and is presently working with the Public Health Service of that city.
Their wedding will be March in the Episcopal Church in Tanana.
