Shirley Jones and George Robbins to Wed Tonight

Jones-Robbins Wedding Tonight
The wedding of Miss Shirley Jones, daughter of Mrs. Herbert C. Jones and the late Mr. Jones, to George D. Robbins, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Robbins of Buzzards Bay, will take place this evening at St. Peter's church in Buzzards Bay. The Rev. Ernest H. MacDonald will perform the ceremony.
Mrs. Paul Smith will sing and Mrs. Robert Kammler will be at the organ.
Robert Driscoll will give his sister in marriage. Miss Jean Robbins is maid of honor, Gene Berriault is best man and ushers are Kenneth Jones and John Robbins.
The bride has chosen a silver gray two piece wool suit with navy velvet hat with veil and bouquet of yellow tea roses. She is a 1953 graduate of Bourne High school.
Mr. Robbins, graduated from Bourne High School in 1947 is with Northeastern Roads Construction Company working out of Boston.
A reception at the Bourne Mill will follow this evening's ceremony, after which they will leave on a wedding trip to New York City.
On their return Mr. and Mrs. Robbins will make their home at 10 Blueberry Road in Buzzards Bay.
