Walter Harding, Who Wants to do Dishes?

Class of 1963

Falmouth Enterprise, Tuesday, October 30, 1962; Page: 9

Dishpan Hands For Energetic Athletes

Any groan heard during lunch periods can probably be accredited to dishwashing recruits.

It is the pleasant task of Walter Harding of first lunch and Jimmy Kelley in second lunch to round up four football players to wash the school lunch dishes.

The Varsity Letterman's Club has selected dishwashing to earn money for jackets, the banquet and trophies awarded to outstanding sportsmen.

Two hundred dollars will be their pay and it may be raised to three hundred if they do a specially good job. The trouble is, who wants to do dishes?
