Mother And Daughter Dinner Held Monday
The Bourne Mothers Club held a Mother and Daughter Banquet in the Bourne Memorial Community Building Monday evening.
Fall flowers and candles, and favors made by Mrs. Walter Harrison, Mrs. Malcolm Yates, Mrs. Steve Jacobs and Mrs. Henry Girard, made a beautiful setting for the banquet table.
Mrs. Clifford Wallace directed serving of the chicken pie dinner, with the Misses Joan Ojala, Crystal Ann Campbell, Janice Lewis and Esther Wallace as waitresses.
Corsages were given to Mrs. D. Forslund as the oldest mother present and Mrs. Armand Demoranville as the youngest mother.
Suzanne Griffith, daughter of Mrs. Stetson Griffith, received a large stuffed lion as the youngest child present.
