Eleanor Louise Freeman and Paul William Doucette are Married

Miss Freeman and Mr. Doucette are Married
Miss Eleanor Louise Freeman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence G. Freeman of County Road, Monument Beach and Paul William Doucette, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Doucette of Rockland, ME were married at 2 P.M. in St. Peter's on the Canal Church last Saturday, April 27.
The Rev. William E. Littlewood, pastor of the Buzzards Bay church, officiated.
The church was decorated with Easter lilies. James Stevens played wedding music, and Mrs. Malcolm Yates was soloist. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a powder blue suit with a Chinese collar. White checks were on the collar and sleeves. She wore a white hat and veil with white accessories. She carried a white prayer book and cascade of white gardenias and sweet peas.
Matron of honor was Florence Harper of Pawcatuck, CT. She wore a bolero-style blue suit with navy accessories, a navy blue hat and pink roses.
Warren G. Freeman, now attending Trinity college in Hartford, CT, was best man. Ushers were Lawrence F. Freeman of Monument Beach and Staff Sgt. George Xeras, stationed at Otis Air Force Base.
The bridegroom was born in Weymouth and he attended Rockland, ME High School. He is now a dental technician stationed at Otis Air Force Base. The bride was born in Attleboro and was graduated from Bourne High School and Newport, R. I. Nursing School. She has been employed as a nurse at Tobey Hospital.
Following a wedding trip to St. Petersburg, FL, the couple will be at home May 13 on Churbuck Lane in Point Independence, Onset.
