Charlotte Haskell's Wedding Showers

Showers Honor Prospective Bride
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Burton Haskell of 100 Old Plymouth Road, Sagamore, have announced the forthcoming marriage of their daughter Miss Charlotte Ann Haskell to Donnie Ray Hopper. The wedding will be at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, July 4 at the Swift Memorial Methodist Church.
Airman 2c Hopper, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hopper of Arbyrd, Missouri is stationed at Otis Air Force base.
Miss Haskell was guest of honor at two bridal showers this week.
Mrs. Robert Cooper entertained 17 at her home on Old Plymouth Road on Monday evening at a surprise kitchen shower. Her home was prettily decorated with pink and white streamers and flowers and a bride's cake centered the buffet table.
On Wednesday evening Mrs. Warren Philbrick entertained 20 guests at a surprise miscellaneous shower at her home on Old Plymouth Road. The many gifts were arranged around the bride's chair in the living room. Three tiered wedding cake and tapers centered the refreshment table.
