C. Paul Tucy Takes Nomination Papers Out

C. Paul Tucy of Lewis point took out papers yesterday for nomination as selectman, assessor and overseer of public welfare. He becomes the seventh to announce his candidacy for the selectman's post in the Bourne election.
A native of Bourne, Mr. Tucy was graduated from Bourne High School, served three years in the Air Force and attended Union university at Jackson, TN.
He is married to the former Miss Marian Besse of East Wareham. They have two children, a son, Brock, 11, and daughter, Kyle, 5.
Since returning to Bourne from his Air Force tour, Mr. Tucy has been self employed as a general contractor and cranberry grower.
For the past year he has operated Maple Park, a family recreation park in East Wareham.
He is a volunteer skin diver for the fire department and has served a three-year term on the Board of Appeals.
