Barbara Elizabeth Wright

Miss Barbara Elizabeth Wright, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bertram S. Wright, became the bride of Pfc. Claude Cox, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Cox of Aystinville, VA at a 7 P.M. ceremony on Easter Sunday.

The double ring service was performed by Chaplain James D. Taylor at Otis Air Force Base chapel.

The bride wore a navy blue gabardine suit with white accessories and a corsage of gardenias.

Mrs. Thomas N. Motte was her sister's attendant attired in gray with a corsage of pink carnations. Thomas N. Motte performed the duties of best man.

A reception and buffet supper for members of the family was held at the home of the bride's parents following the ceremony.

Mrs. Cox is a graduate of Bourne High School and attended Perry Normal school in Boston. She is now employed as an operator at the Cataumet Telephone Exchange.

Mr. Cox attended schools in Austinville, VA and served with the Army in the Pacific Theatre for six months. He is with the Communications Squadron with the Air Force Base at Otis field.

The newlyweds left on a brief honeymoon at an unannounced place and will reside at the bride's home temporarily on their return.
