Reynolds Named School Principal
Alton Leroy Reynolds has been appointed principal of the Perrin Elementary School in Wellesley. He was selected from a field of 45 applicants.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Brightman Reynolds of Nightingale Pond Road, Buzzards Bay, he was graduated from Bourne High School in 1948, from North Adams State College and received his master's degree and certificate of advanced graduate study in the field of elementary schools administration and supervision from Boston University. He taught in the Warren school in Wellesley from September 1956 to June 1958 and for the past three years has been supervising principal of the Chickering School in Dover.
With his wife, the former Miss Nancy Ann Galas of Monson, and their three children, Meredith, 5, Michael, 3, and Marjory,1, he makes his home in Cochituate.
