Bourne Man is Innocent in Collision Case
Eugene G. Sweeney, 44, of Puritan Road, Buzzards Bay was found innocent of an operating to endanger charge at First District Court Friday.
Charge was brought by a Barnstable patrolman who charged the Buzzards Bay man with colliding with a blinker light at the West Barnstable rotary on the Mid Cape highway.
Mr. Sweeney, represented by Buzzards Bay Attorney Robert W. MacDonald, told the court that a car navigating the rotary in the wrong direction forced him into the collision
