Valery Son Baptized
A christening service was held for Peter Girard Valeri, six week old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Valeri Jr. of Shore Road, Monument Beach, Sunday in Corpus Christi Rectory at Sandwich, conducted by the Rev. James A. Dury.
The godparents are Mrs. Allen Cote Foster of Lakeville, roommate of Mrs. Valeri for four years at Bridgewater State Teachers College, and the godfather is Robert Gabriel of Bridgewater, a cousin of Mr. Valeri.
Guests at a dinner party at the Valeri home following the service included her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis A. Girard of Buzzards Bay; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Valeri Sr. of Bridgewater; Miss Margaret Valeri, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Foster and Robert Gabriel.
