Bourne Clippers Defeat Weymouth
Bourne Clippers defeated the Weymouth Fireflies Saturday night under the light by a score of 12-10.
Leading the Bourne attack were Bob Driscoll with three hits and Pete Mottia who drove in the tieing and winning runs in the fifth inning.
Bill Morgan also came through with fine clutch pitching in relief as he notched 10 strikeouts in six innings.
Pitching for Bourne were Clark and Morgan and Needham caught. Weymouth pitchers were Scolamiero, Sheppard and Colorusso and catching was Pizzi.
New players added to the Bourne Clipper squad are Ronny Jones and John Duprey.
