Wedding Shower Held in Honor of Miss Delaney
Miss Mauvreen Marie Delaney was guest of honor at a surprise wedding shower Tuesday evening at the home of Mrs. John McNamara, Wallace Avenue, Buzzards Bay.
Miss Delaney will be married Aug. 30 to David Smith of Taunton at St. Margaret's Church, Buzzards Bay.
At the shower, table and room decorations were pink and green, the colors Miss Delaney will use in her bridal procession.
Hostesses at the shower were Mrs. William Hemmerly, Mrs. Robert Cook, Mrs. Wallace Dill, Mrs. Henry Girard, Miss Carol Cook and Miss Patricia Delaney.
Guests present were Mrs. John Sonna, Mrs. L. Barrett, Mrs. Theodore Musiol, Mrs. Albert Smith, Mrs. Duncan Fletcher, Miss Linda Cooper, Miss Crystal Campbell, Miss Joan Ojala, Miss Janice Corsby, Miss Marcia Sorenti, Miss Sandra Long, Miss Judith Duggan, Miss Kathleen Delaney and Miss Cynthia McNamara.
