Carl C. Harrington Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl C. Harrington of Buzzards Bay, with Donald MacDougall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. MacDougall of Falmouth Heights, among the 200 midshipmen of Massachusetts Maritime Academy who sail March 14 for the Mediterranean.
