Sunday Ceremony United Miss Hovila, Robert Eldridge
Bourne Methodist Church was the scene of the Sunday afternoon wedding of Miss Rauha Marie Hovlla, daughter of Mrs. Oscar Hovlla and the late Mr. Hovlla of Wareham to Robert Watson Eldridge of Bourne.
Mr. Eldridge is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Eldridge of Shore Road.
Best man for Mr. Eldridge was Douglas Bradley of Bourne. Ushers were Kenneth Bradley. Lewis Perry, and Ronald Bassett, all of Bourne.
Mrs. Eldridge was graduated from Wareham High School in 1951 and served with the Air Force for four years stationed in England. She is presently employed as a stenographer at Otis AFB.
Her husband, a 1951 graduate of Bourne High School, received his discharge from the Navy a year ago and is a salesman for Eldridge Lumber Company in Buzzards Bay.
