LIEUT. RICHARD B. SALSWAN, commissioned and awarded his Air Force Observer's Wings at Harlingen Air Force Base in Texas last month is now assigned to Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. Son of Mr. and Mrs. George G. Salsman of Bourne, he is a graduate of Bourne High School in 1950 and of Bowdoin College.
