Miss Ruth Tucy is Wed to Maritime Academy Alumnus
Graceful arrangements of white gladioli and snapdragon adorned St. Margaret's Catholic church in Buzzards Bay for the Saturday morning wedding of Miss Ruth Anne Tucy to John McGregor Edson of West Roxbury.
The new Mrs. Edson is a graduate of Bourne High School and Bay State Academy, Class of '58, and has been employed at Tucy's Flower Shop. The bridegroom was graduated from Huntington School in Boston and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Class of '59. He is now with the American Export Line as Third Assistant Engineer aboard the S.S. Independence.
