Miss Kathleen McComiskey Married in Ohio to Robert Cahoon
Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. McComiskey of Puritan Road, Buzzards Bay announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Kathleen McComiskey to Robert Merrill Cahoon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Irving Cahoon of Maple Street, Buzzards Bay.
The Wedding took place Monday, Jan. 12 in Dayton, Ohio, performed by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. McFarlane. The church was decorated with white gladioli and chrysanthemums, the organist played traditional selections arid the soloist sang Ave Maria.
Among those present for the ceremony were Mrs. Fred McComiskey, mother of the bride, and Mrs. Thomas McCandless and son Sanders of Sagamore Beach.
The couple will make their home In Dayton where the bridegroom, a basketball star before his graduation from Bourne High School, is a freshman at the University of Dayton majoring in physical education.
