Miss Nancy Bradley and Allen Smith Chosen as Delegates to Conference of Methodist Youth at Purdue
Miss Nancy Bradley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Bradley of Scraggy Neck Road, Cataumet, and Allen Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Smith of Lamont Road, Gray Gables, will be delegates to the seventh national convention of Methodist Youth to be held at Purdue university in Indiana Aug. 24 to 29.
Members of the Bourne Methodist parish, comprising the Bourne and Cataumet Methodist Churches, Miss Bradley and Allen Smith will be a part of the 12 member delegation from 160 churches of the New England Southern Methodist Conference. More than 6,000 Methodist young people and leaders will attend the week long meeting.
Miss Bradley and Allen Smith are both Juniors at Bourne High ?School. He is president of the Methodist Youth Fellowship and Miss Bradley is co-chairman of ?F?ellowship ?C?ommission?.?
