Bert R. Lumpkin Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Bert R. Lumpkin of Scenic Highway, Bournedale, has been accepted at Coyne Electrical and Technical School at Boston, where he will study electronics.

While in high school he has been a member of the Radio club and exhibited various projects in the science fairs.
