Anthony Luke DeCicco "Tony", age 46
Class of 1984
Anthony Luke DeCicco, age 46, of Cataumet, was called to his heavenly home on Christmas day following his last hard fight with colon cancer.
Tony, a native Cape Codder, attended 12 years in Bourne schools where he played football for four years; Cape Cod Community College, and Harry Lundberg School of Seamanship in Maryland.
Tony was a Merchant Marine and he traveled the world for 14 years on LNG tankers to Borneo, Indonesia, Japan and the Gulf of Mexico.
Tony loved boxing, wrestling, and would often imitate his favorite wrestling characters.
A memorial celebration was held at the Weary Traveler’s in Monument Beach on Sunday, December 30th, 4:00-9:00 PM.
A Mass was held on Monday, December 31st at 11:00 AM at St. Margarets Catholic Church on Main St. in Buzzards Bay.
