About Me	After the two years in the Army 1952-1954, I went back to work in the automobile industry with Ford Motor company, Edsel division. It soon became obvious I was going to need a new profession since Edsel was not looking good. Circumstances led me into the piano business. I became the service manager for a large California chain, Colton Piano Company & Schafer & Sons pianos. When the company folded, I continued to build my own clientele of paino tuning customers. My most well known client was Leberace. along with being his piano tuner, he also started me in a new direction of teaching modern chord improvisation piano playing similar to what he played.
