| About Me | Organic-Aquatic Clay, Glass and Canvas artist. Most of my pottery and pendants have hints of the ocean blue with sea turtles sun bathing, mermaids floating or clam shape bowls and platters that adorn a shrimp, crab and sometimes an occasional starfish with hints of underside barnicles. ( I have been told that my pottery and pendants remind people of treasures found under the sea :D ) Most of my art influence was derived from many childhood days spent on the Lahaina shore with my Maui native fisherman grandfather. I also paint seascapes on canvas with acrylics and I have been a seamstress for over 30 years. My art business is "Makana Art" (which translated in hawaiian means: "Gift Art.")
