I work full time for the San Diego Superior Court; I am also a published free-lance writer.
Last month, 02/ 2012, I had a story I wrote for the Military Press (San Diego, California edition) titled "Surfboard Yoga" published. It is not necessarily something you would only do in Southern California. It has spread to many other States. Pools and lakes can be utilized as well for this version of yoga. I go by my married name
