There will be an all classes, all Allen Park Schools Reunion at the AP Street Fair. August 3RD and 4TH, first week end in August. We will have a roped off section near Roosevelt on Allen. Beer and Wine stands, Live Music. Saturday Night, Ray's Garage, made up of old Allen Park Musicians. Come for the fun of seeing old friends, register today. We need a head count for tables and to have name tags.

"Reynolds Family Fundraiser"

Brent Reynolds is a graduate from the class of 2005. He lives in Fresno, where he & his wife are attending graduate school, a month ago he was diagnosed with a very rare aggressive sarcoma in his thigh, & is the size of half a cantaloupe. He just completed his 1st round of chemo, & he will continue with chemo until it shrinks enough for surgery. His dad Bruce lost his job last year, after 26 years with DHL, & then became very sick. He spent 10 days in the hospital & shortly after was diagnosed with a very rare auto-immune disease called “Wegener’s Granulomatosis, & he is also insulin dependent. Neither Bruce or Brent have insurance, or qualify for any help. Bruce can’t work, & the cost of all his medication is outrageous. To help the family a bowling fundraiser is set for Feb. 20th at Thunderbowl in AP. Check in is 5:30 & bowling is from 6-9pm. Tickets are $20 in advance & $25 at the door. This includes 3 games of bowling, shoes, 2 slices of pizza, & pop. There will be a 50/50 raffle, over 35 items to be raffled off including a 19” flat screen, a blue ray disc player, & a party package from Bailey’s Pub in Dearborn.
