Sandy was the twin sister of Cindy Loney, my best friend in high school. Sandy always had a smile on her face and was ever so kind. Cindy shared with me in 1992 that her sister had passed and it broke her heart.

I believe Sandy was survived by five children, now all adults of course. I hope and pray they are all doing well.
