Lola worked at Abbott Labs and was a lunchroom supervisor at West Elementary grade school. Lola spent many years active in the Waukegan community and served as a Precinct Committee person. She graduated from Benton Township High School in Benton, Illinois, Class of 1948. Lola was an avid Elvis Presley fan. Lola was preceded in death by her mother and father, Freda and Sam West. Lola is survived by her husband of 59 years, William C. Adams Jr. of Waukegan, Illinois; two brothers Billy Gene and Jerry West; five children Roy, Paula White, Kevin, Nona and Sam; eight grandchildren Daniel, David, Dorian Moctezuma, Larissa, Carina, Tara and Candice Adams and Crystal Lupe; five great-grand children; and many relatives and friends
