She graduated from Zion Benton High School class of 1976. Mary previously resided in California and Waukegan, before settling and raising her family in Zion, IL. Mary married the love of her life, Bruno Mazur, on August 14, 1993 in Waukegan, IL. She worked for the Ann Kiley Developmental Center and as an interior decorator and at home raising her children. Mary enjoyed baking, singing, dancing, and spending time with her family. She fostered many children, volunteered at church, and made sure to help anyone in need. Mary is survived by her husband Bruno Mazur; children, Dionna Rios, Allesandra(Micheal) Crawford, Izek Mazur, Geoffrey Mazur and Destiny Mazur; grandchildren, Layla Tellado, Elspeth Crawford, Lincoln Sibaja; siblings, John (Kathy) Jansen, Jan Jansen, Tom (Michelle) Jansen, Donna (Bill) Koch, Diane (Jerry) Myers, Dorothy Vogel, Terry Jansen, Bill (Denise) Jansen; father-in-law, Joseph Mazur; sisters and brothers-in-law, Josephine (Richard) Obrochta, John (Maria) Mazur, Anna (Darren) Lucas, Michael (Tammi) Mazur, and Bryon (Holly) Mazur; and 28 nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Barbara (nee Beck) Jansen; mother-in-law, Barbara Mazur; and brothers-in-law, Jerry Fritts and Al Vogel.
