Stephanie Ann Wagner,31, of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois passed away on July 29, 2023 in Cook County, Illinois. She was born on June 12, 1992 in Waukegan, Illinois the daughter of David and Cindy Wagner.
Stephanie graduated from Zion Benton High school and then went to attend College of Lake County, were she earned her certification to work as a CNA, she also worked for Medline. She was a happy caring woman that would light a room when she walked in. She was a daddy's princess, her brother's BooBoo, and to everyone else a baby girl. She spent most of her time being selfless and taking care of others before her own needs and happiness. Her greatest joy in life was being a mom and spending nights watching movies with her hubby, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She loved to take rides to the beach everyday just to watch the waves roll in, and take pictures. In her spare time she enjoyed playing games on her phone, listening to any kind of music and collecting Marilyn Monroe stuff. Stephanie was a strong brave warrior who always kept a smile on her beautiful face throughout her struggles with her health issues. Now our baby girl is at peace and a beautiful angel has gained her wings. Fly High Baby Girl
She is survived by her boyfriend, Charles Booker; son, Jacier Booker; mother, Cindy Wagner; siblings Jonathan Wagner, David (Sheila Sanders) Wagner; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
