Barbara J. Gallant Davis, 70, of Zanesville, died at 12:50 A.M. on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at the Genesis Hospital. She was born May 2, 1945, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Roma L. and Evelyn Jean Patterson Gallant. She retired as Executive Director of Transitions, Inc. in 2011, was a member of Margaret Blue CCL, and Putnam Presbyterian Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir and had been both a Deacon and Elder. She is survived by two daughters, Michelle Davis of Zanesville and Martha (Jason) McKitrick of Bexley; a son, Douglas W. (Diana) Davis of New Concord; three grandchildren, Carson, Madison and Ian; a sister, Gloria (Steve) Kreis of Zanesville; a brother, Mark (Shelley) Gallant of Columbus; and many nieces and nephews.

She will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery, Zanesville.
