Patricia J. Blair, 81 of Zanesville, died 7:36 AM Monday, November 15, 2010 at Genesis Good Samaritan ER following a sudden illness. She was born Sunday, June 02, 1929 in Zanesville daughter of William E. O'Neil and Edna (Stortz) O'Neil and was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ . Pat worked for Zakany Food Town retiring in 1991 following many years of service. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother who was devoted to her family and pet. Pat is survived by three children: John (Cathy) Blair of Nashport, Sue (Bob) Davis of South Zanesville and Judy (Steve) Hartmeyer of South Zanesville; four grandchildren: Brad Blair, Ben (Kimmy) Blair, Jimmy Hartmeyer and Jennifer Hartmeyer and five great grandchildren and one on the way; one sister: Jean Olbrys of Zanesville; one niece: Pat Longshore of Zanesville her loving dog: Snoopy. In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her brother-in-law: Stan Olbrys.

Burial will be in Zanesville Memorial Park.
