She was born August 18, 1973, in Zanesville. Crystal attended Cornerstone Full Gospel Church.
She is survived by her parents, Raymond D. And Charlene Lightfoot Dobbins of Zanesville; a daughter, Christina M. Ford of Zanesville; maternal grandmother, Eleanor Lightfoot of Zanesville, brothers Dennis (Angie) Dobbins, Rick (Lorie) Milner, Joe Newland and David Milner; and many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
