William Frank “Bill” Kelley, 88, of Canal Winchester, died at 3:29 P.M. on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Pickerington Methodist Hospital. He was born April 24, 1936, in Graysville, Ohio. A son of the late Frank E. and May M. (Merrin) Kelley. Bill proudly served our country as a veteran of the United States Army and graduated from Marietta College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He worked for Ohio State Grange Mutual Company as an insurance executive. He was a member of the Broad Street Presbyterian Church and also a member of the Band of Brothers- Veterans group.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Donna L. (Vandenbark) Kelley, whom he married on September 2, 1962; two daughters, Leitsa A. (Jeff) McGuire, and Lori L. (Kelly) McClellan; a son, Todd W. (Sey Lau) Kelley; five grandchildren, Mitchell McGuire, Bryce McGuire, Mason McClellan, Sarah Kelley, and Anna Kelley; brother-in-law, Dale (Kay) Vandenbark; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a grandchild, Ryan McGuire; and a sister, Jean Kelley.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Broad Street Presbyterian Church, 760 E. Broad Street, Columbus OH, 43205. A private burial will take place at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, with full Military Honors accorded to him through United States Army in conjunction with the VFW George Selsam Post 1058
