LEWIS CENTER - Diane "Lois" West, age 77 of Lewis Center, OH, died unexpectedly Thursday, March 26, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Bryan Waltz; and brothers, Robert and Richard Durant.
Survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Ralph; son, David (Deanna) West of Frisco, TX; daughter, Kathryn Waltz of Lewis Center, OH; grandchildren, Brittany (Patrick) Tedesco and Stacie Leonardo; great-grandson, Bryan Leonardo; brothers, Donald (Mary Kay) and Russell (Freda) Durant; and sisters, Gertrude Delmoe, Doris Paxson and Vivian Smith.
Diane was a 1949 graduate of Zanesville Lash H.S.
Member of International Friendship Force Travel Club; home-hosted in countries throughout the world.
Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday, March 30, and 9:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085 where Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Berlin Twp. Cemetery, Delaware, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Make a Wish Foundation, 2545 Farmers Dr., Columbus, OH 43235 in her memory.
