Peggy S. (Bee) Davis, 79, of Zanesville, died at 1:55 pm Tuesday, March 19, 2019, surrounded by her family.
She was born December 20, 1939 in Zanesville, daughter of the late, Blonda C and Mable (Sciance) Bee. She was employed by a magazine wholesaler for 24 years. She retired from the accounting firm of Hamilton, Waltman & Hill after 23 years. She loved decorating, needlework, crocheting and was an avid reader.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Louis “Butch” Davis; daughter Leslie Ward; three step-children, LuAnn Luckett, Louis Davis Jr. and Scott Davis all of Zanesville; 13 grandchildren, Chance, Steven, Andrew, Megan, Rex, Alex, Lexie, Jonah, Tiffany, Morgan, Devin, Quentin , Anessa; 11 great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law Eleanor Bee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved son, Robby Tom; four sisters, June Barnes, Shirley Bishop, twin Patty Kelly and an infant sister; two brothers, Blonda “Bud” and Larry Bee; nephew, Terry Bee.
A dignified cremation will take place later.
