Rodney Sumner
Class of 1972
Rodney Sumner was named the Region 16 Superintendent of the Year. He is currently in his eleventh year as Superintendent of Spearman ISD a small 2-AA school located in the Panhandle. He is starting his thirty fourth year in public education.
