About	Karen Rose Allison Bowlin, 40 of Calabasas, California went peacefully to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, July 14, 2008, after a truly courageous and inspiring battle with breast cancer. She fought hard and long, but the time finally came to let go, say goodbye and to be in peace. She was surrounded by and filled with love every step of her journey and was peaceful and with her family and pastor when she let go of this earthly life. She was born on July 2, 1968 in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in Woodville, Texas. She was a 1986 graduate of Woodville High School. In 1990, she received a BA in Interior Design with a Minor in Business from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas where she was a member of the Beta XI Chapter of Tri-Delta Sorority.
