| About Me | I attended Paul C. Bunn elementary school from 1960 through the 1966 school year (k-6th). I’m interested in reconnecting with classmates from those years. I graduated from Boardman hs; Ohio State (1977) was in the marching band there and made 3 trips to the Rose Bowl; Earned a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary (1980) and a PhD from the University of Chicago in Homiletics/Preaching. I was a parish pastor in the Presbyterian Church, USA for 32 years; serving churches in Chillicothe, Dayton, Charlotte NC, Houston TX, Detroit MI, Portland OR before retiring in 2021. My wife, Laura, and I live in a small coastal town (Port Orford). We have two (grown) children: Gwen, who lives in Pasadena, CA with her husband, Phil. Gwen works for AT&T in marketing.
