Class of 1979
Air Force, 20+ Years
I was stationed at three Oversea Assignments and five State side Assignments. I have been part of a crash recovery team for both F-111F and EF-111 Raven aircrafts. I have been part of a Tiger Team to ensure organizations were ready for Nuclear Surety Inspections. I did the de-commission of ground support equipment for the SR-71 Blackbird aircraft when Congress denied future funding. I was part of the stand-up team for specialized equipment to support the Test/Evaluation on the F-22A Raptor aircraft. I did the same thing for the future JSF F-35 Lighting II aircraft. In August 2009, I moved to Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene Texas. This was my last military assignment before retiring from the Air Force in 2010.
