| About Me | Well, It's a long story: 1.5 years at UC Boulder, 2 years working and travelling in Alaska, Colorado mountains, and Mexico; college in Arcata graduating with BA in 1985, Married and moved to Sacramento with a near drowning during a shipwreck during a summer of comercial fishing in Alaska; rofessional carving for 7 years; began work in wetland and fishery conservation with establishment of a non-profit in 2000; Graduate school at Humboldt from 1993to 1996 then 1 year of work for US Fish and Wildlife until taking a job with California Waterfowl Assn in 1997 ; worked for 11 years out of Chico, Ca completing wetlands and fisheries projects until taking a job with Westervelt Ecological Services in 2008.
