About	Rich was born on 6/11/1948. Rich was sailing on the Delaware River with 4 others. A storm came up suddenly, and the rain and wind were so severe, the boat turned over and sank. The 4 others were able to swim to shore but Rich was lost when the boat went down. Rich was an experienced swimmer and sailor. He leaves behind his beloved wife Debra (Hibbs) Keiper-Mascaro,, 4 children, and 9 grandchildren, 10th one on the way. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam war, he was a longtime affiliate and member of the Delaware River Yacht Club and Philadelphia Carpenters Union but was retired. Rich had a winning smile and was so willing to help anyone. Internment is in the Davisville Church Cemetery.
