About Me	Graduated Virginia Tech in 1991. Served as Theta Delta Chi Fraternity's president my senior year. Got my first job in the investment industry in 1992, working at GIT Investment Funds. Went on to ICMA Retirement Corp, ultimately moving to a senior investment analyst role. Worked at Rydex Investments, serving as senior portfolio manager where I managed their stock selection model and portfolio risk management process. Moved to Vanguard, where I was head of their ETF Portfolio Analytics Service and now act as Senior Investment Strategist as part of their Investment Management Group. Now at T.
