Cheryl Rayna Arnold, 65, of Youngsville went to be with our Lord and Savior on September 16, 2025.
Cheryl was born on December 19, 1959 in Roanoke, Virginia to Roy Moormon Lynch and Evelyn Ransome Wood (Lynch).
Although Cheryl worked many jobs throughout her life, being a Mother and "Granny" was her most rewarding achievement. Cheryl attended William Byrd High School in Vinton, Virginia where she graduated in 1978. As a child she enjoyed ballet, tap dancing, baton and was a member of the flag team. Additionally, she enjoyed crafting, writing, dancing, singing, and crocheting gifts for her family and friends. Moreover, she was a faithful believer in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her Mother: Evelyn Wood and Father: Roy Lynch.
Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 38 years: Johnny E. Arnold. Devoted Stepfather: Matthew E. Wood. Sons: Adam M. Hillman, Andrew A. Hillman and Wife Marisa. Joshua E. Arnold, and Zachary A. Hillman. Stepdaughter: Lena "Dani" Tolbert. Sisters: Jennifer Cupp & Family. Susan Kiser & Family. Paula Brooks & Family. Grandkids: Aden, Emma, Haven, Harper, Adalyn, Ellis, and Arlo, William.
Visitation will be held at Lancaster Funeral & Cremation Services in Louisburg, NC on Saturday September, 27 from 2-4pm
Cheryl loved the flowers, especially roses and any the color purple. Floral arrangements may be delivered to Lancaster Funeral & Cremation, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg, NC, 27549.
